Our Moneyback Guarantee

We offer a moneyback guarantee so long as the following conditions are met:

1. Returns must be requested within 7 days.

2. Cancellations must be requested before you recieve you're order.

3. Refund will be by cheque or credit transfer to name on invoice.

4. Full details must be provided, name, address and phone number.

5. Product must be returned to us before we refund.

6. Refunds are provided however courier costs are deducted from all purchases. If you return a product we will refund you the cost of the product minus €5.30. If you purchase a product for €20.00 we will refund you €14.70 after you return the product. This process only covers our couriers costs. If you collect or purchase your order from our warehouse you will get a full refund.

7. Full refunds will be given if the product is faulty.

8. Storage is not our responsibilty after you receive your order, we cannot offer a refund if you do not store your food in the correct location and climate.
